Variety Breads

Our European Master Baker overseas the careful development and slow hearth baking of every product. Each variety has its own characteristics which involve time and temperature for mixing, resting time to develop structure and flavor, proofing to raise the dough and hearth ovens for perfect baking.

These special breads are baked with full exterior color and frozen in "shock" freezer tunnels with 98% humidity to lock in moisture and eliminate freezer burn. Designed for ease of use, these breads can be slacked off and merchandised. However, for the ultimate quality these breads should be baked off either 20 minutes from frozen or 5 minutes after defrost. Ideally merchandised in Bäckerhaus Veit branded bags, these breads can also be sliced and poly-bagged for longer shelf life. Add variety to your bakery with Bäckerhaus Veit.
