Ciabatta & Foccacia Breads

Traditional Italian flatbreads! Ciabatta-translated is "slipper bread" which has an open structure and skin-like crust. These breads and buns are moist and flavourful. Each varies somewhat in size due to the development of gas within the dough. Foccacia comes in round and rectangular shapes and is noted for their olive oil and light Italian herbs.

Add variety to the bakery with several shapes and sizes of ciabatta and foccacia products. Open structure or tight structure. A variety of round and rectangular rolls for the roll bin which are also used extensively in the deli for a variety of sandwich offerings.
