Ciabatta & Foccacia Breads

Traditional Italian flatbreads! Ciabatta-translated is "slipper bread" which has an open structure and skin-like crust. These breads and buns are moist and flavorful. Each varies somewhat in size due to the development of gas within the dough. Foccacia comes in round and rectangular shapes and are noted for their olive oil and light Italian herbs.
