	Artisan Loaves

Made with all natural sourdough starters, our BV breads have a light, open texture, and crisp crusts that have been hand scored and seasoned to reflect true European artisan quality and tradition.

Whites & Sourdoughs - These classic loaves are our most popular variety. Typically made with a sourdough starter, these satisfying breads have a light texture, open cell structure, and a crispy crust.

Ryes & Multigrains - Baked with a mixture of natures hearty grains, including rye, wheat, flax, oats and millet, these varieties have aromatic, complex flavours.

Specialty Breads - These inviting breads are bursting with unique flavours including chocolate and cherries, jalapenos, vegetables and olives. They can be eaten alone, or as specialty sandwich breads.

Our sliced BV breads offer the sandwich lover a range of taste alternatives that are both easy and convenient. We offer a wide variety of tastes for every palate including flax and oats, sunflower, multigrain, sesame semolina, olive, and garlic.

BV's single serve varieties are the perfect choice for specialty sandwich buns, snacks or breadbaskets. Using the same Old World artisan bread baking process as our classic breads, these mouthwatering rolls, brezels (a traditional German specialty combining bread texture and pretzel taste), and baguettes are available in a variety of sizes to meet the needs of every meal.
