Bäckerhaus Veit's family recipes use only the finest natural ingredients. The hand picked, whole seeds and grains are soaked in water before baking to allow for maximum nutritional benefit and digestibility. Wholesome unbleached flour is blended to Bäckerhaus Veit specifications, and dough is aged using only bromate-free flour, and naturally cultivated sours with little or no yeast added.

Prior to baking in authentic stone hearths, Bäckerhaus Veit dough is given the time and temperature needed to develop before it is patiently hand shaped, cut, proofed and seasoned by our skilled team of Master Bakers.
